VISA
A majority of Europeans have to apply for visa to travel to Russia. The application is delivered to the Russian Embassy in your country. The application has to be accompanied by an invitation from our university which will be sent together with the confirmation of acceptance.
INSURANCE
The organizers are not responsible medical, travel or personal expenses
the participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.

In-campus accommodation with NRNU MEPhI costs below 50 euros for 2 weeks
